Tanja Dunović

Attorney Tanja Dunović is a member of the CALAWOFFICE legal team, operating from the firm’s office in Podgorica. Her practice is focused on construction and investment law, with particular expertise in contract drafting, project-related legal support, and representation in litigation and enforcement proceedings.

Tanja is actively involved in drafting and reviewing various types of legal agreements (construction, FIDIC-based, sale-purchase, and commercial contracts), preparing legal opinions, and supporting documentation related to construction and energy sector developments. She represents both domestic and international clients before courts and administrative bodies, particularly in the enforcement of contractual obligations and dispute resolution. In addition to her work in Montenegro, Tanja is also a licensed Serbian lawyer and serves as our key legal support in the Serbian market, where she regularly provides legal services and representation.

She holds a law degree from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Law, and has been a licensed attorney since 2020. Her work is grounded in civil and procedural law, with continued specialization in legal matters related to infrastructure and investment implementation.
